The biscuits, THE BISCUITS!!!!! We went on a Friday night and waited at the bar for a table for two. We half finished our fruity slush drinks and were seated. Perfect timing. Noticed the 4 courses for $17 and took advantage. Perfect timing and great tasting food! We were very happy with a Yelp Elite event we went to at this location and we're still very happy with the service, cleanliness, and quality of the food at the KOP Red Lobster!

I come here all the time with my family, and I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place before! I like Red Lobster. I never leave disappointed or hungry. The staples I like to order are the shrimp pasta, baked fish, and scallops. My family and I also come at least once every year for the endless shrimp promotion, which is a great deal if you can eat a lot! The seafood is always acceptable, not great, but good for the price you pay. I also love the cheddar bay biscuits... they are so addictive! And meals usually come with a salad or side, so I usually take home leftovers because it's so much food. If you like margaritas, try their delicious "lobsterita" which is just an XXL classic margarita. Be careful drinking it if you're driving home!

What an amazing experience. I've been to this red lobster probably 5 or 6 times, and always thought the service and food were pretty good. Average. However, after tonight I'll be coming back. Aaron our waiter was absolutely amazing. Hands down best waiter I've had in awhile. He was so attentive, so sweet and polite, and really made this experience an awesome one. I didn't even have to ask him once for anything. He brought our refills of everything at the table almost as soon as the food came out the first time. He truly cares about making sure your experience is a good one. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Ask for him if you come here!!

Food is always good here that's why we frequent this place. Chrissy, the lady who waited on us, is super nice and very accommodating. She always checked on us and took care of what we need -- such an excellent customer service.

The server Michelle not only did a great job, which we would expect at RED LOBSTER, she went an extra mile+ with our anniversary dessert, decorating a tray with a poem handwritten in strawberry and caramel especially for us. It made me cry! We loved her. And she was way too busy to take the extra time---but she did. RED LOBSTER you should try hard to keep this one!

The service was HORRIFIC! Do not waste your time at this restaurant. Dinner reservations were made for a large party, from out of town. We were in town for a national convention but after visiting this location we made sure never to return for the remainder of the week. The waitstaff was mediocre at best bug the management team working this night should really consider taking PR classes and how to run a successful restaurant. We had better service at the Chic-Fil-A up the street. At least they said "thank you"!

Was here for the Yelp event and everything met my expectations. It was nice to try some of the newer items to the menu and the staff was attentive to our comments. Red Lobster has been one of our go-to chains and we are usually not disappointed when we stop here. There have been some hit-or-misses along the way, but this one was definitely on the hit side. The food was good, my drink was good and the biscuits were the hit of the evening. I did notice that the service and staff were concentrating on our group and maybe neglecting the "normal" people dining there. We were kinda a big group and had taken over one side of the restaurant.

Whatever you do, don't order anything to go. The portions are ridiculously smaller for the same price. I ordered the dinner portion of the Cajun Chicken Linguini and it was easily half the size of what it is when ordered sitting down. No thanks.

Luckily this location allows you to call-in and put your name on the list if you plan to arrive within 30 minutes. Saturday night wait was about an hour so by the time we actually arrived we only had to wait another 30 minutes. I didn't mind since we could chill in the car while we waited for our little hand buzzer to not only buzz, but actually talk. Real Classy Red Lobster. Real Classy. This is definitely one of the better locations as far as customer service is concerned. From the hostess to the waiter, everyone was incredibly friendly. Gotta love the burbs. Standard RL fare with delicious Cheddar Bay biscuits as always. Another plus is that they had the new menu options. I had the chili shrimp which were a little more spicier than I remember having at the Yelp event, but it was still pretty tasty. I ended up getting that and a side of broccoli for my meal and it was more than enough.

The KOP Red Lobster has great service and good food. NO IT'S not a seafood place at the shore, But the good is very good and plentiful. The Coconut Shrimp is awesome as is the shrimp scampi.

Literally top 3 worst restaurant experiences ever. I'm not the typical mouth breathin American, but I do enjoy the occasional chain restaurant and have been to several Red Lobsters in the past. But this just takes the fricken cake. I went alone for lunch on a late Saturday afternoon. I got a gift card for Christmas. I was seated fast and sat there for about TEN minutes before the waitress greeted me. I was in the restaurant biz for about 7 years..I get it. But when it's not busy and there's not even an apology, that's just unacceptable. I order an old fashioned because it was actually listed as one of their specialties (yeah.... I know). I figured there was some sort of standard they had to meet. The waitress comes back literally 13 mins later again with no apology and takes my order. I got the lobster tacos. She left and I tasted my drink. Not only the worst old fashioned but probably the worst drink I've ever had. This is an old fashioned... 2 cherries, one orange peel, some sugar and bitters on the bottom of a rocks glass.....Muddle and add 2 oz of bourbon. Mix and top with club soda. Yea, you should taste some whiskey in there. No taste of whiskey and what appeared to be about 6 cherries and 3 orange peels that rolled around in a garbage disposal. I wanted to ask for something else but she didn't return til much, much later anyway. Someone else brought my food that was missing 2 ingredients. She came back after I had already finished and asked how it was. Just give me the check and get me out of here.

I'm sitting in the restaurant right now. Got seated quickly, waitress took our order quickly and got us drinks and salads. Everything is fine. EXCEPT FOR THE MANAGEMENT BEING CHEAP BASTARDS ABOUT THE FREAKING BISCUITS! I mean really, what the heck?

I love red lobster because their nutrition info is highly publicized. Lots of healthy options here. So healthy you can save room for one of their cheddar bay biscuits. You have to eat the biscuits. They are to do for!! Underrated chain.

It's easy to hate on Red Lobster. They're a sprawling, successful food chain with mass appeal to the American people. I get the hate, but I love the biscuits. The cheddar biscuits served before the meal occupy the same nostalgic, salty, buttery, delicious spot in my heart that only has a little bit more room for Olive Garden's breadsticks. They are great. Don't believe me? It's cause you're dead inside. Red Lobster has revamped it's dated menu. Although a few hilarious things have remained (like the gluttonous Admiral's Feast), their best new addition is a chilli shrimp appetizer. Fried to the pollster-perfect crisp and laced with enough spice to admit that there's spice there, this is a solid item.

Came here on a weekday night. I was impressed with the decor for a chain. It was clean, classic boat/harbor house style with dark blue walls. I was actually surprised by this chain. I expected a 1-2 star experience. I usually don't patronize chains, but when I have a coconut shrimp craving, I can't help it. Here I had (of course) coconut shrimp, a grilled lobster tail and a side of mashed potatoes. The shrimp were deep-fried just right. I wasn't crazy about the flavor of their breading, but that's a taste thing, not a badly-prepared thing. Lobster tail was juicy, a little tough to get out of the shell. The mashed potatoes were creamy and good. We also got a couple vegetable sides and they were both prepared well - crisp and cooked just right. Service was decent. Started strong and tapered off. Waitress missed our cues to bring more water, took a long time to bring out simple dishes (though they were busy and it was dinner time) and took a long time to bring our check. She seemed to have disappeared from our area in general. Although I typically will choose an independent restaurant over a chain, I would consider coming back to this Red Lobster if I had another craving.

We came here today to grab takeout using a gift card my grandmother had recieved for Christmas. Although 3 years have passed since my last visit, not much has changed. Our food took 20 minutes to come out (as promised), but was cold as if it had been sitting there already for a while. The shrimp linguini was rubbery, the biscuits were ice cold...need I say more? Back in the day, they were awesome. Nowadays, I'd take your money elsewhere!

King of Prussia Red Lobster used to be bustling. Now it is disorganized and devoid of energy. We were here about a year ago and the difference is startling and not in a good way. Our waiter could have cared less and the waitstaff seemed disorganized at best. Salad was ok but lobster was SO overlooked you could not get meat out of claws. They served me a piece of "grilled" corn that was ice cold and mushy - super GROSS!

The biscuits are good :) The food was tasty but it was just warm to cold, not hot as you could expect and that was a big turn off. It was a slow monday and we felt they want us to leave as soon as possible asking every 2 minutes if we still want anything from the kitchen. It did not left us with the wish to repeat it again, so we are not coming back anytime soon as we need some time to recover from the experience.
